Talking Heads were a new wave band from New York that consisted of members David Byrne (vocals, guitar), Jerry Harrison (guitar, keyboards), Tina Weymouth (bass), and Chris Frantz (drums). they are considered one of the pioneers of new wave music, and one of the most critically acclaimed bands of the 1980s. starting in 1977 and ending in 1991, they released 8 studio albums, a concert film/soundtrack, and a live album.
